Mountain Home 4-Plexes
132 apartments in 4-plex configuration, Mountain Home, Idaho
We chose this project because Mountain Home has a severe shortage of housing, estimated at 800 units by the city. The economy is growing and and local employees often have to travel 40 miles or more for housing. One of the local employers has tentatively offered to lease up to 40% of our project upon completion.
In addition, the city and county have offered us over $100,000 in tax incentives to build the project.

This community also has a severe shortage of workforce housing and estimates that the city needs 700 additional units.
The city has granted $40,000 to our project and provided significant benefits in the permitting process.
